I’m a passionate business leader with experience of successfully coordinating the activities of various departments delivering a range of projects and process improvement initiatives.  
I possess a particular strength in reducing inefficiencies and cutting costs. I am self-motivated and focused with over 10 years’ experience of working in senior managerial / consultancy roles.

I’m comfortable working with people of all levels and using Lean and Six Sigma approachs to the solving of problems and developing business processes.
I possess excellent people management skills, with the ability to manage performance and motivate staff on an individual and team level.  
I’m an expert in the application of infrastructure and resources to improve departmental and company-wide performance through effective management techniques. I’m also skilled in operations management functions, such as overseeing work flow, maintaining production levels of facilities, product design, supply chain operations and auditing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
I have the ability to ensure that the day-to-day operations of a business run smoothly whilst overseeing the supervision of employees and most importantly ensuring that employees are motivated to exceed goals to increase bottom line profits.
